In 1.1.6.3 doesnt work. But in RC1 I can not download files, error: "Unknown method; the method name must not contain special characters." 2.- I closed the comments in my site due to so much spam. With the RC1 I can not check if it works, I become a message "This page doesn't exist yet. Maybe you want to create it?" when I try to post a comment.
