Wikka 1.1.6.0 released

Release 1.1.6.0 is a significant update that adds new features and fixes lots of bugs. All admins are encouraged to upgrade.

A new developer joined the Wikka crew for this release, and she quickly became a key member of the team and contributed heavily to the code and to the community. Welcome aboard, JavaWoman!
